I am a seasoned social worker with over 20 years of experience in the community serving in different roles including adoption, foster care, family preservation, criminal justice, extensive group work, residential care and nonprofit management.  

My expertise is in maternal mental health. Providing individual and group counseling to walk alongside women experiencing any stage of motherhood. Whether it be preconception, pregnancy, abortion, miscarriage, infant loss, postpartum, foster care, adoption, and/or navigating older children.  

I provide parent education as a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage (CEIM), teaching about nurturing communication through *Sensational Baby, a 5-week infant massage course. This course improves bonding and attachment and is for babies 2 weeks-1 year (and for children with special needs up to age 7) and their parents/primary caregivers. *This practice can be added to individual sessions.

Twice a month, moms gather for encouragement and connecting at the Mom’s Peer Support Group (pregnant to 2 years postpartum). This group is free and open to the community.
