A variety of office suites are available for immediate rent. Rent is based solely on office size and figured at $6.50 per square foot with NO additional percentages or fees charged. Office sharing is also available for half the amount of the price listed. 

Encounter Freedom Therapy Center (EFTC) offers the space to practice and the support to thrive.

The Encounter Freedom Therapy Center team currently consists of 10 licensed mental health therapists and an APRN Board Certified Med Provider.  We also have several therapists who are able to provide clinical supervision.   

We provide secure, full-service office suites for rent to licensed mental health professionals, licensed med providers, licensed speech therapists, licensed nutritionists, licensed massage therapists, and licensed acupuncture/acupressure professionals – so you can begin profiting with your very first client, surrounded by a community of like-minded professionals! 

Built for safety and privacy, EFTC offers private, spacious office suites for rent in a safe, prime location. Our suites have been renovated with your healing arts in mind. We are located in a desirable area at 6611 East Central Ave Suite C. Wichita, KS 67206, with easy access to Kellogg (highway 54) and Rock Road.

HIPAA Compliant Filing: A securely locked HIPAA compliant filing space is available for your patient records. This means peace of mind for you and best practice for the sake of your clients’ privacy. 

High-Speed Wi-Fi and Fax: Business class internet and fax lines are available to you, including the bandwidth to provide excellent Telehealth services for your clients. 

Gym/Workout Room:  We have a room furnished with exercise equipment that can be accessed 24/7 for our therapists.

Meeting/Conference Room:  We have a meeting/conference room available for meetings, family, or group therapy.

Additional Amenities: We have a beautifully furnished shared waiting room, kitchenette area, and bathroom. As well as 24/7 access with a convenient, first floor entrance. Public transportation is within close walking distance, and we provide ample parking.
