Many of the people I work with are doing “fine” on the outside, but feel stressed, stuck, or overwhelmed on the inside. They’re keeping up with work, school, or relationships, but something still feels off. Maybe they’re burned out, repeating the same patterns, or unsure about what their next step should be.
My style is practical, conversational, and down to earth. Therapy with me doesn’t feel overly clinical or scripted. It feels more like a real conversation with someone who understands how hard life can get and helps you move forward in a way that actually works for you.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, but I especially enjoy working with men and high-functioning adults who aren’t always comfortable talking about their emotions. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated with where they’re at, and we focus on building clarity, confidence, and healthier patterns.
Together, we focus on understanding what’s going on, making meaningful changes, and helping you feel more in control of your life.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy going to the gym, watching or playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

I offer daytime and evening appointments Tuesday through Thursday. I’m in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ambetter, First Health Network, ProviDRs Care, and Medicaid. I also accept private pay.
