Carlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Emporia State University and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University.
Carlee provides a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, process difficult experiences, and begin rebuilding confidence and emotional balance. She works with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them, helping clients gain clarity, develop practical coping tools, and strengthen their sense of self. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, struggling with self-esteem, or trying to heal from grief, trauma, or a narcissistic relationship, you don’t have to carry it alone.
As a Hispanic woman, Carlee is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a space where emotions are welcomed, not dismissed. She believes everyone deserves support, healing, and the opportunity to grow without shame or judgment.
Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family.
Healing begins with feeling safe enough to be honest, and that’s where the work starts.
