My primary goal as a therapist is to walk with my clients as they take that journey toward positive change by providing consistent encouragement and ethical care. There is freedom to come as you are – your feelings and experiences are valid. This is a safe environment for you to explore anything you want to bring into the therapy room. I practice multicultural competency and equality and believe that I have the duty as a therapist to be an advocate for my clients. This is a judgement free place to share your emotions.
Your mental and emotional well-being matters, and I believe that therapy can offer a safe space for you to care for feelings and experiences that are weighing on you. My goal is to provide support, kindness, and accountability to clients as they navigate through tough circumstances.
